This policy describes the processing of personal data collected through the contact form on this website, pursuant to Articles 13–14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Data is processed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the relevant box, and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Providing data is optional, but without the fields marked as required we cannot reply.

4. How we process data

Data is processed by electronic means, with security measures adequate to prevent loss, unauthorised access and unlawful use. The site uses no profiling cookies or third-party tracking. Any local storage used is purely technical/functional and requires no consent.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations or legal-defence needs apply. The consent register is kept for as long as needed to prove its validity.

Data may be processed by the Controller's authorised staff and by the hosting and email provider, appointed as Data Processor.

Name the hosting provider (e.g. Aruba S.p.A.) as Data Processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Data is processed within the European Union. No transfers to third countries are envisaged.

As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). To exercise them, write to archigia@archigia.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
